What exactly is Artitude art decal?

Artitude art decals are made of super thin adhesive vinyl so they look as if they have been printed on your surface! You may have heard of them as wall stickers or wall decals, but we think they are great on many more kinds of surfaces and not just on walls!

Why do I have to install the Artitude art decals by myself?

... because we want you to be involved in the creation of your own Artitude and enjoy the satisfaction from it! Artitude product package comes with easy to understand step by step instructions and ArtiTool for the installation of the art decals.

Where can I install the art decal?

You can install our art decals on any smooth and clean surface, including glass, metal and plastic.

Can I relocate the art decal after it has been installed?

It is best not to do so as the art decal will be stretched once you remove it. You may wish to use masking tape to stick the unpeeled art decal on your chosen surface to locate its ideal position before installation.

How long will the art decal last?

If you place them indoors, it can last for many years. It is so easy to maintain just by occasional wiping with mild household cleaner.

How can I remove the art decals and will they leave a mark on the surface?

Removal is easy and it would not leave any mark behind. The trick during removal is to apply heat on the decal with a hairdryer. Remove it slowing using a penknife or your fingernail, starting from the corners.

How do I make payment and is it secure?

You can make payment for your orders easily and securely by debit or credit card via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use it. Payment via Paypal is the safest way for you as the customer to make payments online without revealing your credit card information to us.

How long does it take for the ordered Artitude products to reach me and what would the packaging be like?

Orders are always promptly delivered to the post office and shipped out in 3 -5 working days from the date of payment confirmation. On occasions when an Art Canvas or ArTee is not available during time of order, we will inform you personally and allow us 1 week for processing prior to shipping.

Art CanvasFor overseas orders, shipping time would approximately be 11-15 business days from date of shipping. It could be slightly longer depending on your country's customs and postal security checks. International recipients may be charged applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All such fees incurred in your own country will have to be born on your end.

Art DecalYou may wish to check with your local post office for more information. Please email us immediately if your order did not arrive after 4 weeks. Please note we are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout.

What if I'm not around in the moment of the delivery?

If no one is at home during delivery, a delivery advice will be left behind at your address. You will have to collect the order using the advice at your nearest Post Office.

Can you help me install the art decals?

If you prefer to engage our expertise to help put up the art decals, especially the larger sized ones, you may email us, quoting your order number. We will advise the additional installation charge that applies depending on the number and sizes of decals you purchase.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We ensure the quality of Artitude products and currently do not do any refunds or exchanges, but if there are any issues, email us immediately quoting your order number, your name, address, details of the product and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Will the designs on ArTees (aka Artitude Tees) peel off after washing?

Our original ArTee designs are silk screen printed onto the tees by hand. They are long-lasting and will not peel off even after multiple washes.

What are the washing instructions?

Hand wash cold in like colours. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Do not tumble dry. Hang flat, drip dry and iron warm.
